Info sharing crucial in fight against terror: Interpol

Davos: INTERPOL Secretary General Jürgen Stock has underlined in a CNN interview the role of information sharing against terrorism, which he described as a complex, global threat.

Speaking to CNN’s Richard Quest at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Secretary General Stock called for better information sharing which he said was ‘the most important resource’ in helping police worldwide counter and prevent terrorism.

The Head of INTERPOL also underlined the role of awareness and prevention in countering cybercrime.
