New Delhi: As per the available intelligence inputs, Indian government today stated that there are approximately 42 training camps operating in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK).
In a written reply to a question in Parliament, Minister of State of Home Affairs Jitendra Singh said that majority of these camps are still "active".
“However, there is no specific input to indicate that terrorist camps are still functional in other neighbouring countries,” Singh added.
The Minister, asserted that Centre continuously monitors all developments having a bearing on India’s National Security and takes all necessary steps to safeguard it.
