Two NATO coalition troops, 34 militants killed in Afghanistan

Kabul: The North Atlantic Treaty Organisation has said that two of its troops were killed in a separate attacks in different parts of Afghanistan. 

The coalition has stated that its troops were killed on June 15 in the south and east of the country.


NATO officials have released no further details.

Meanwhile, spokesman for the eastern province of Paktika - Mokhlis Afghan, has said that a security operation in the region has killed 34 insurgents. 

Two policemen were also left dead in the operation which lasted for two-days, he told reporters.
