Two local trains collide in Mumbai, at least 10 injured

Mumbai: At least 10 commuters were injured when two suburban trains rammed into each other on Saturday night at Andheri Railway Station.

According to authorities, two coaches of a Borivli-bound fast train collided with another train going towards Churchgate between Andheri and Jogeshwari stations on track four. The injured were rushed to a near-by hospital.

The mishap, reportedly, took place around 11:10 pm (local time).

Further investigations are on, informed senior officials.
