Cairo: Egypt's President-elect Mohamed Morsi has started forming what he pledge as an inclusive government.

Morsi is focusing on building civil administration.

Although, he faces difficult task of convincing people of different minorities and women that their interest will be equally protected.

Egyptian media has reported that the President has moved into the office.

Morsi is due to take oath of office in front of Egypt's Constitutional Court instead of Parliament due to recent court-ordered dissolution of legislature.
